HALO provides our associates with the chance to lease vehicles using American Honda Finance as the lender, making it easier for them to enjoy the benefits of driving a Honda or Acura. With over 30,000 eligible associates, the program opens up a wide range of opportunities for our valued team members to get behind the wheel of their dream car.

Full and part-time Honda associates across U.S. Operations (AHM, DMA, DMH, EDU, FND, HAC, HAI, HCU, HFC, HPD, HRI, HSV, HTA). Excludes family members, retirees, suppliers, vendors, and dealer personnel.
Eligible Honda Associates must complete the Opt-in Survey to participate in the HALO Early Access Program. CVA will hold a randomized lottery drawing from the list of Honda Associates who have completed the Opt-In Survey.
Acura Columbus has designed a VIP Halo process in order to make the experience simple from start to finish. We have dedicated representatives to help answer any questions regarding the HALO Honda Associate Lease Opportunity Program.
Full-time associates will be eligible for 2 active lease vehicles. Part-time associates will remain eligible for only 1 active lease at any time.
