I have been a customer of Acura of Columbus over 25 yrs. Their service dept. is one of the important reasons I wouldn't go anyplace else. I've always received honest, reliable information to keep my Acura in top running order. Everyone is so friendly right up to the moment you drive up and the greeters are their welcoming me and escorting me into the service entry.
The Acura Service Center did a thorough job investigating and diagnosing a problem caused when brake pads were replaced by a third party. In the process, they also checked and cleaned pins, calipers, and rotors to make sure all components of the brake system were in good working order. Very thorough and fast!
I was amazed at how well they keep you updated as you are waiting. Not only is the waiting area very comfortable, and well stocked, but they also have television screens that you can watch the garage and carwash. Everything is made to make you comfortable and to be transparent about what's going on. Jami was wonderful and kept me updated at each stage. She was very transparent about everything that was going on. They also did a great job of giving me a plan to follow going forward.
Thanks Todd for letting me know that vehicle did not need tire rotation, but I did need a tire plug. Appreciated the great service - accurate, honest, and thorough inspection. Liked that vehicle was also washed even with the rain.
