They treated us fairly and honestly. They wasted no time, played no games. They were most interested in making sure we were informed and happy with the transaction. I got a free oil change! Great service...love the waiting area (snacks, tv, charging station for phone). I will be loyal to Acura because of the great service. 🙂

Been dealing with this dealership for a while now and I’m so glad we purchased our vehicle at Columbus Acura. The service department is top notch and would highly recommend to everyone. I was able to get same day service and get a bad battery replaced under warranty in a timely manner. But after arriving home I found the battery hadn’t been fastened down. It only took a couple of minutes to fix but could have caused some bigger issues. Over all a pretty good experience.

The reason for "exceptional": on time, friendly people, efficient in providing a loaner vehicle, great communication during visit, work was finished when stated. Went home with a clean car.
