This is my 2nd vehicle from Acura Columbus, and certainly won't be my last. Service is always top notch, both when purchasing a vehicle and when coming in for service. I was accommodated very well while I was going through the process of deciding on a vehicle and getting through the purchase process. Acura Columbus always goes above and beyond when it comes to the customer. I'm a customer for life!

The level of professionalism every single employee at this dealership has is way above any other dealership I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend Mike Shay, as he has been with Acura for 22 years, and his knowledge of the cars is top notch. So, my advice to you is to trade in that boring car in and get an ACURA!!

Arrived 20 minutes early, spoke with Jim Cruikshank he explained everything that was to be done,showed to the lounge area within and hour work was completed and I was on my merry way.

Mike Shay was attentive to my purchasing a new 2019 RDX. This model had just come out and I had to get on a "list" in the production line. When the car arrived, Mike took care of all the details, including picking myself and my husband up at our home and driving us to the dealership (I had recent surgery which prevented me from driving a car for a short time, and we did not want to leave a car at the dealership). Haven't had the car even one day yet but the ride home from the dealer was great!
