Francesco was awesome!!! Never did he pressure us or try to steer us into something we were not comfortable with! He was a great listener, very knowledgeable, respectful of our preferences, very patient with us when teaching us the technology, and just so easy to talk to and spend time with as we worked out all of the details about our car & our financing! He far exceeded our expectations & we feel so fortunate that he was our salesman! Adam was also very knowledgeable, kind & efficient in helping us with financing. Car went in for an oil change and replace oil pan seal. Received a video from the dealership showing me that the seal did not require changing. That the seal was still in good shape. It’s nice to see you can still trust some service centers. Thanks for being honest and saving me hundreds of dollars.

This is a great dealership. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted. I appreciate the fact that I given the information I asked for as I am a number person by employment. Other dealerships I went to instructed me to come back when they knew the discounts. My time is money and I was not sure what I was going to decide. Mr Hannah had no problem getting me the numbers I wanted to see and in the configurations I needed to see. He also said that the numbers may change if additional discounts apply. He listened to me and I did not feel the need to go back to the other dealership. My brother has purchased two other vehicles from this dealership. I know why he went back. They handle you well.

Over the past 6 years I have experienced stellar service from all at the Acura Dublin dealership. It is for this reason i return for any and all service needed for my 2010 TSX. I called Ashely at the service desk regarding a locked on license plate. She shared that no appointment was needed. The release of the rusted on bolts could be drilled through upon arrival (likely curbside) and could be done by a mechanic upon arrival. As I met the curbside check-in team they shared that the plate removal would require a check in of the vehicle. Upon doing so I was informed that the plate removal and re-mount would take 30-60 minutes. Additionally I was informed that the cost of the service was $145.00. The service was completed 90 minutes after check-in. My hope for the future is accurate communication and a ball park quote before I arrive. I would have scheduled an appointment in advance for a drop off if I had been given more accurate info. The end result was excellent, as always. Quality work, good Tec service and a comfortable wait area. Just seeking improved service for all Acura Columbus customers. The dealership and the service oriented team deserves flawless customer experiences.

From the time I pulled up to the service center I was greeted in a friendly manner and attention given to why I was there. The service tech was very professional and made my appt. seamless. I was given a loaner car and was on my way to continue my errands . Thank you Acura Columbus!!
