I called Columbus Acura on a Saturday morning asking about a specific certified RDX. I spoke with Adam, who personally checked on the availability and placed a hold on it so I could travel up from Cincinnati. Once I arrived he had the car waiting for me to test drive. The entire process after that was efficient and pleasant. I was out the door with my new-to-me car within a few hours. There was a stain on the passenger seat that was unable to be detailed on the day I was there. I left with the agreement that it would be taken care of when a specific person with expertise was available at the dealership (worked 1 day/week). Adam contacted me within a few days to offer a day this could be done. Unfortunately, I was not able to get back to Columbus until about 6-8 weeks later, however as soon as I emailed Adam he arranged everything. When I did come back in, the stain was removed within an hour and my car was returned to me with a fresh car wash and a few added gallons of gas. Overall, both experiences at Acura Columbus were fantastic. Adam made both visits stress free and enjoyable. I would absolutely return for further business.

We went looking for our new car fully prepared for the typical car buying games, hounding, hard selling we have experienced in the past. Our experience was nothing like that and was easy, professional and delightful from start to finish. The sales department was not low-pressure, but was no-pressure, something I truly appreciated. They sent me all requested info in a timely manner, knew their product and answered all questions. Made suggestions but never hounded us and were never pushy. We ended up buying a totally different model than we had in mind after a few overnight test drives. They helped us find the car that fit our needs, wants and budget. After the purchase they spent hours training us on the technology as this car is loaded and well thought out, and even took the car back for extra buffing of some light scratches at no charge. Free car washes, free loaner cars with service. Even sent us a tin of cookies and a thank you note.:) Really a nice touch. Very impressed and would do business there again in a heartbeat.

Dwayne is a great salesman! There was never any pressure and when we were ready to buy he was accommodating with all our needs. He was always willing to stay past closing to answer our questions and show us what Acura had available. Ray, the finance manager went through all the numbers and checked things over more than once to make sure everything was in order. The team there is very thorough. We are glad we found and bought our new Acura here.
