We invite all Acura Columbus clients to share their stories with other Acura owners. Acura has come a long way from the world's first Japanese luxury vehicles, the Legend and Integra, to the award winning MDX. Acura has spent the last 25 years advancing the automotive experience.  Acura Columbus has spent the last 25 years advancing your experience! Owning an Acura is an experience worth sharing. "Two Cars, One Happy Family!!! "

 Several weeks ago, my husband was involved in a car accident in our '05 Acura MDX.  Our 12-year old son was also in the car, buckled in the back seat.  Thanks to our MDX's great safety features, neither my husband nor my son were injured.  We were told that the car, however, would, unfortunately, have to be replaced.  We knew immediately that we wanted another MDX.  I contacted Steve Ault at Acura Columbus, and we discussed several MDXs that he had in inventory that might interest us.  We chose an '09 MDX, with only 10K miles, that had been a service rental car.  However, while looking around Acura Columbus' lot, we found a beautiful, white '09 Honda Civic that would be perfect for our 16 year old daughter!  To make a long story short, we purchased not one, but two vehicles from Acura Columbus!  Since this was an "unplanned" purchase, it was pretty stressful for us.  However, when the day came for us to pick up our vehicles, the people at Acura Columbus made the process very easy.  All the paperwork was prepared, complete and in order.  We were in and out in no time at all.  We are very pleased with both of our purchases!

Thank you Jay.  I'd like to say that the entire experience was fantastic.  My financial adviser looked around for a good price on the MDX, and Brad accepted his offer.

I called to make an appointment with Brad on Saturday for 1:00.  When we arrived he had the car cleaned off and running for us.  No hassles, no problems.  We test drove it, he answered all questions with a smile & was very patient with me!  I'm not a techno.  The paperwork went fast, and we drove it home.  I am sending Brad's card to my financial advisor for anyone else interested in an Acura.  It was very pleasurable.

I just wanted to take a minute and let you know that Nikki and I were very pleased with Brad Barbee as our salesman.  We were really considering an Infiniti when we came to your dealership however we felt a lot more comfortable buying a car from Brad then the salesman at Infiniti.  Nikki asked me on the way home if I was glad we got the Acura and I told her "I really love the TSX, but if Brad had been working at Infiniti we would be driving home a G37x".  I know a lot of time a car sells itself, but Brad really did tip the scale for us toward Acura.  He deserves a lot of credit for our purchase.

Our salesman, Brad Barbee was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. At no point did I feel like I was being sold. He was patiently allowing me to take test drives and weigh my options. We are in the process of getting another Acura because of the quality of the brand, and we are getting it from Acura of Columbus because of Brad and the impeccable service team. The service team has been pleasant and very accommodating. I have been to many other luxury dealerships, and Acura of Columbus is as good or better in customer service.

I have been a GM owner for 50 years. This is my first Acura and it is a 2007 TL. I've never bought a used vehicle before this one.

Yes, I did pick up my new vehicle and I absolutely love it!  Steve did a tremendous job and was very helpful throughout the process.  Your finance manager was excellent as well.  That's the reason I've leased 5 vehicles from your dealership in the past 5 years or so.  Based on my positive experiences I would definitely recommend Steve and Acura of Columbus to anyone who asks.  When my wife's 2010 RDX comes up at the end of the lease, we will be back to either purchase or lease another vehicle, you can be assured of that.
