Thanks also to Mike Shay for the help with my previous vehicle's disposition, and to Kyle Duncan in the finance office for putting together all the nuts and bolts of the paperwork. And Mr. Connelly stopped by to say "hello" while I had a Diet Coke waiting for a test drive. This is an amazing dealership! I checked out four competing and comparable models, but I now have Acura #4 because this is the place to come for your next vehicle.

This was my first time buying an Acura, and the first time working with Acura Columbus.This has been by far the best experience EVER!!! I didn't feel pressured to buy a car which I really appreciated. The whole process was quick and easy, with 5 STAR customer service from Bill and Ian.

I have a very good impression of the Acura Columbus dealership - they make you feel at home immediately. Our first visit was when we looking for a new car, inquiring for a new Acura RDX in particular. We were attended by Bill and he was very helpful and professional when answering all the questions and comments that I have. On our third visit, we closed the sale and signed for the purchase of our new 2017 Acura RDX. All the included options were discussed and accepted after a full clarification on the scope of the included services/products.When we picked-up our RDX last Saturday, Bill had given me an orientation and one-by-one explained to me all the features and settings of the RDX. And then he drove around showing me how the features like the cross-lane warning system works, rear view camera when reversing etc. I drove back to the dealership on our return.We are very satisfied with the purchase and happy to be a part of the Acura Columbus family! By the way, our Acura RDX is colored black and we love our RDX! But we still maintain and drive our 13 year old 2005 Scion tC.
