First time buying an Acura. Dwayne and Ray are great! They were friendly, helpful and informative. Other times at other "premium car" dealerships ive come across sales associates that are condescending and of putting. Not these guys though. The finance staff was friendly and the process was seamless. Would buy from again definitely.

Hands down, probably one of the best service department. Acura Columbus treat you as "first class." I now own a Mercedes and Germain Mercedes doesn't understand first class like Acura Columbus does.

Fast, Accurate, NO last minute add on charges, CAR WAS CLEAN, & READY UPON OUR ARRIVAL. Everyone introduced themselves in polite manner, TECH explained all the new items on screen while imputing our request, and had us also input information to better understand the Navigational system. Finance Brian M. explained Warranty policy that was very understandable and necessary as far as I am concerned.

Simply stated, the 2017 RDX is the 4th vehicle that I have purchased or leased from Acura Columbus. I am very happy with all aspects of the service that I've received from all departments at the dealership. Steve Ault did a tremendous job and was very patient working with me to explain all of my options and help me make the right decisions for me..

I have been contemplating buying a new SUV for some time now. I was a long time Toyota owner and was ready for an upgrade. I met with my salesperson who was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He took the time needed with me - I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. He answered all my questions, and the business manager answered all my additional extended warranty questions. My salesman even gave me information on extra options, which made the car work even better for me. I am a salesperson myself and do not like "hard sell" tactics - and there was none of that in this transaction. Love the new RDX! Now just learning all it does! I will come to a class!

I could not have asked for a better experience than I had with Acura Columbus. The salesman was responsive and was helpful in navigating my decision and then buy process. Everyone I met at the dealership was professional but also personable. I am extremely happy with Acura Columbus and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I recently visited Acura Columbus and after picking up my MDX after a scheduled service had been completed, I had a few lingering quesitons that I needed to ask. In the follow up email asking for feedback, I stated my questions not knowing whether I would ever hear anything back. However, within thirty minutes I had a response from the owner of the company promising me he would research my questions and get back to me. Within a couple hours he had tracked down the folks with the answers and had created a solution for my lingering questions. This has been a family owned business since 1986, and taking care of the customer is definitely their priority.
