The battery went dead on my MDX. I called Acura Columbus and Jim Cruikshank and Todd Skidmore got me in right away after I jumped it. Found the battery had a bad cell, replaced it at no charge and I was on my way in under an hour.

All the employees were very helpful and answered any questions I posed. This was my first time getting service done and it was great to have knowledgeable help. The service was clearly well done and Todd gave me great advice moving forward on how to care for the car and any future services it required. The other employees I talked to while waiting were pleasant and seemed happy to be there.
I went out to look at cars with no intention of buying and I left the dealership driving home a new Acura. I worked with Ben on the sales side and he was great - not the typical pushy car sales person that I have met at many dealers. We spent more time on the test drive than we did doing paperwork. Once we agreed on the number, I was in and out in 30 minutes in my new car.
